  2. Research property currently on the market for sale.
  3. Obtain sales prospectus and short list properties that match the clients remit.
  4. Arrange a site visit to view potential property.
  5. Visit potential properties and carry out full site visit.
  6. Identify the potential business locally and nationally, potential of corporate business, local leisure activities and the competition.
  7. Send a complete report of each site visit. Once the client has read the reports, a meeting can be arranged to discuss the reports in depth for each property that the client is interested in.
