- Initial meeting with the client to discuss their requirements, locations, and business vision.
- Research property currently on the market for sale.
- Obtain sales prospectus and short list properties that match the
clients remit.
- Arrange a site visit to view potential property.
- Visit potential properties and carry out full site visit.
- Identify the potential business locally and nationally, potential of corporate business, local leisure activities and the competition.
- Send a complete report of each site visit. Once the client has read the reports, a meeting can be arranged to discuss the reports in depth for each property that the client is interested in.
